Kids Creativity Camps
A weekly gathering space for kids to get creative, play, laugh, and enjoy some time away from sitting still and following directions. This freedom allows their intuition and curiosity to grow. Play is an integral part of the creative process so we integrate it in to everything we do. The medium is a different surprise each week. Often it is a visual art, but it might also be creative writing, music making, game creating, a small construction project, or something else we come up with.
Both Wednesday and Thursday camps are from 2:45-5:45 pm
Summer camp sign ups are now up! They will be full week camps June 24-28, July 15-19 and August 12-16.
Age range is 2nd - 8th grades.
If you are interested in setting up something for a different age range, contact me and we’ll find a time!
A fun, freeing space dedicated to finding joy creating art, community, and friendship. Work past “I can’t…” and “I’m not…” and embrace “yes” and “I wonder” when you play with color and materials in community with others. I’ll invite you to explore a new medium or process each week. At In The Making, there’s no “right way” or specific product to make. The magic happens in the making itself. All materials are supplied, you just need to show up ready to explore and have fun.
Friday morning camps are 9:30am-12:30pm.
Friday evening camps are 7-10pm
Adult Creativity Camps
All Ages Camp
Kids, bring your grandparent. Moms, bring your Dad. Everyone is welcome to bring someone of another generation, so we can connect through the common language of creativity and play. Each time the medium will be a different surprise because the joy is in the making together.
Camps are scheduled One Sunday a month from 1-4pm
What You Bring To The Table
Take an evening to slow down and talk with people face to face. Open up to new possibilities and insights. Pique your curiosity. Enjoy some nibbles and drinks. Have some fun! I'm calling the concept "What You Bring to the Table" because we each have knowledge and insights that are unique to us and when we each bring our unique ideas to the table we all benefit. It's amazing the insights we have when we slow down with a curious mind and have face to face conversations. Our creativity grows. Our community grows. We grow. One topic at a time.
The table will be set with a new set of discussion topics the 4th Tuesday of each month from 7-9pm
Private Parties
Please contact me if you’d like to set up a private party! I love a party and am happy to work with you on the details. Past parties have included birthday parties, family reunions, girlfriend party, family holiday gift, you name it!
